Le Grand Cirque opened with a bang this week, once again delighting audiences young and old. The spectacular extravaganza, aptly named “Le Grand Cirque Fantazie”, takes a traditional circus to new heights with its dazzling international cast performing amazing feats as well as generating plenty of laughs.
This latest edition brings back the most popular of its original Le Grand Cirque sequences and sees Champion acrobats, contortionists, and gymnasts push their skills to the limit. The riveting season has already begun in The Mandela at the Joburg Theatre and runs until Sunday August 8th 2010.
Tickets cost between R186 and R335 and bookings are available at Computicket. Special discount ticket prices are available for group bookings of 10 people or more. Le Grand Cirque Fantazie is presented in South Africa in association with M-Net and Classic 102.7.
Le Grand Cirque Fantazie “Blanket Drive”
Spread the warmth through Joburg this winter and bring along your blankets when you attend a performance at the Joburg Theatre Complex in aid of “Operation Snowball”.
The cast rom Le Grand Cirque Fantazie is appealing to all theatre goers to donate a blanket of any size whether brand new or second hand. Drop off your blankets in the foyer of Joburg Theatre and help those in need.
