You have time to work your legs everyday by using your own body weight.
• Squatting at your chair at work or home is a brilliant and simple way to work those legs.
• Stand up from the chair hovering about 5cm up from the chair.
• Try and do this for 1 minute at least 5 times a day.
• Keep your tummy tight.
• Keep your back straight.
• Breath rhythmically.
