Get to the Hillfox Market on the August 14 and15, 2010 for the 7th annual SA Strongman Championships. Contestants will battle it out in the qualifying rounds on Saturday August 14 at 10.30am, going head to head in the Deadlift (opening weight of 280kg), a 420kg Yoke Walk, the Tyre Flip and an Overhead Medley consisting of an 110kg barrel, a 130kg log and a 145kg axle.
The South African Koi Keeper’s Society will be hosting a Koi Exhibition & Sale at the Hillfox Market on Saturday August 21 and Sunday August 22, 2010 from 10am.
B&B Markets will be hosting helicopter flips at the Hillfox Value Centre between 10am and 3pm on Saturday September 4, 2010.

Russian-born Polina started her education at the prestigious Gnessin’s music schools in Moscow. Upon immigrating to South Africa with her family in 1991, she continued her ’cello studies under Ms Marian Lewin at Pro-Arte. During that time, she won the ATKV-Prelude and Trustbank National Youth competitions, participated in Concerto Festivals, and performed with major orchestras around the country.
