Warning muggers in and around Devon Valley

Be on the look out for a coloured man, around 22 years of age, well built, around 6 foot tall and has a scar on the side of his face. He is normally very well dressed - gangster style, baseball cap, and Nike sneakers. He goes by the name of "Shakes". He is a real smooth chap, well groomed.

You would not expect him to be the "mugging" type, as he firstly chats up a storm to win over the confidence of his victims.
He has been seen in and around the Devon valley shopping centre, walking either side of the new walking bridge, as well as at the Spar in Smit Street, Fairlands.

If anyone sees him, he is usually with another coloured chap – who is his ears and eyes, contact either the Fairlands police station or Honeydew police station.
If anybody has information on any other similar crimes that could involve these chaps, please come forward.
