Vehicle theft in Welties

I work at the SureSlim Clinic at 45 Albert Street. Even though it's a very
busy road, they have already stolen a golf right outside our doors.
This morning they tried to steal a brand new Toyota in front of the Clinic.
All the safety features you can think of. They simply without even opening
the bonnet, slip a knife in front of grill and cut the hooter wire. Takes 5
seconds. Then they can do what they want because the alarm will not go off.

We noticed them at the car on our security cameras and when they broke the
back window the owner of clinic shouted at them out the window that she
could see them and that she phoned the police. They then just waved at her
before sluggishly getting into car and driving off.

Their attitude is understandable, because the police only arrived here 20
minutes later. They could have actually taken the car and we would not have
been able to do anything.

So they target any car anywhere now. They can bypass any security feature.

They were driving a dark coloured ( our screen is black and white, so could
not make out the colour.) new shape Jetta. So could not make out the. Reg nr
