New Fairland Weight Loss Challenge started

We have just started a new FREE Weight Loss Challenge in Fairlands in March 2011. We meet every Wednesday evening at 6pm at 148 Market Street Fairland.

The cost is R195 for the 12 week period. This money goes towards the
weight loss prizes (worked out on % loss of body weight). Howard has been in the nutrition field for 13 years working all over the world.

Everyone is welcome irrespective of what nutrition program you are using.
