Fairland Weight Loss Challenge 2012
We have just started a new FREE Weight Loss Challenge in Fairlands in Jan 2012. We meet every Wednesday evening at 6pm at 148 Market Street Fairland.
Please phone Howard or Carina on 011-431-3676 or 082-457-2652 for a free body analysis. Every week we weigh in and measure and have a talk on Nutrition.
The cost is R195 for the 12 week period. This money goes towards the
weight loss prizes (worked out on % loss of body weight). Howard has been in the nutrition field for 13 years working all over the world.
Everyone is welcome irrespective of what nutrition program you are using.
