POWER FAILURE'S IN WELTEVREDEN PARK

Colin i must resend you this email as i did not get your reply from you....?
Colin i also want to to know why we in Weltevreden park are still having major power failures, we told that the problem are been fix when (year 2200)
Colin i work from home and do of big downloads and i run the computer all night long,and there a business here, every time it rains or for some reason the power goes off it about 20 times or more in a year and off for a whole day.
I see surrounding areas near us and there power stay on, so why is it only Weltevreden park have the worst of it, my dad live in Aberton and he say that they don't get much power failures if any at all.
please can you tell us here in Weltevreden park why and what is the problem, tell us is this going to fix if not i will sell and move to an area were this doesn't happen.
