No lights on super bridge?

I am not entirely sure if I am premeting things or if the status quo remains as is. I am sure you have all heard or seen our amazing new bridge connecting Fairlands and Devon Valley - however I find it very strange that there is only one street light that has been errected on Rugby Road side. I drive past this bridge daily and often at night and I have seen no effort extended in installing or providing any lighting. This is really sad as I think this is a great looking bridge and I am sure there are individuals that will use it at night. Also does anyone know what will happen infront of it on Rugby Road side? I see they are building a big parking lot and road - is this for the parents that drop off their kids or is this going to be a bus terminal?

I am not sure I am happy about busses coming through our already saturated suburb.
