Dave Casey, the former Managing Director of Eagle Watch and BBR Security heads the company, and he has appointed many of his elite Eagle Watch team to ensure competent and personalised service delivery.

Services portfolio

- Monitoring and armed response service
Beagle Watch maintains a state of the art control room in Smit Street in Fairland. This facility is manned 24-hours a day by qualified personnel ready to provide assistance at any time of the day or night.

- In car monitoring
In addition to the 24-hour control room, each vehicle is fitted with a system enabling your radio signals to be received by the vehicle directly and in so doing, reduce response times.

- Escort service
Should you require an escort into your premises at any time, call the control room 15 minutes prior to your arrival and we will meet you there to ensure your safe entry. This service is included in our monthly fee.

- Holiday service
Included in our comprehensive portfolio is a free holiday service whilst your home is unoccupied.

- Loyalty programme
Beagle Watch appreciates the referrals of potential client. Not only does each new client bring increased infra-structure but it also means a reduction of 20% in your current monthly fee, should the referral decide to join.

- Beagle Watch in Touch
This is a free service provided by Beagle Watch to any person who lives in our area. All crime watch information is automatically sent to any subscriber via sms.



All alarm systems installed by Beagle Watch are monitored via radio transmitter and the on board digital communicator. The latter make use of the Telkom line to report detailed information to the control room. A further advantage is that all emergency signals are sent to our control room by two independent communications media.

In doing so, we are able to determine the exact circumstances on the premises and inform the reaction officer accordingly. For example, if the front door was violated, our control room is aware of this.

Installation specifications
Each installation carried out by Beagle Watch is carried out with the highest specifications ensuring system integrity and longevity.

Future maintenance on existing systems
Our technical teams are fully qualified to attend to any future maintenance on your security system 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

Contract duration and other costs

Our contract is subject to one month’s notice. We believe that if we do not provide a service which exceeds your expectations, we do not deserve to be in business.

An SMS facility is available for monitoring of alarms. All alarm activations will be sent to your cell phone.

Our radio transmitter will be supplied and installed free of charge to link your alarm to our control room.

An annual license and administration fee is payable for the use of the radio transmitter.
